It is a short virtual call to learn more about each other and see if it feels like the right fit. This is mandatory before an intake session!
Virtual or In-person Psychotherapy – Intake Assessment
75 minutes – $150
This is your first full session. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss personal history, collaborate on your goals, and begin shaping your care plan.
Virtual or In-person Psychotherapy – Subsequent Session
55 minutes – $150
Ongoing individual therapy sessions are 55-minutes.
