Our approach
Step 1: A free 20-Minute consultation to get to know each other, and assess fit.
Step 2: A 75-Minute intake assessment to build a deeper understanding of you, your life, and what's brought you to therapy. We'll also use this time to establish goals and directions.
Step 3: On-going 55-Minute psychotherapy sessions. We'll spend this time practicing coping skills, processing trauma and emotion, enhancing self-awareness, and working towards your individual goals.

Becca is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario with a warm, grounded approach. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and has experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Becca believes in meeting clients where they are — with kindness, respect and practical tools for coping and growth.
She blends evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy. Becca’s style is calm, confident, and non-judgemental, helping you feel comfortable and understood. Above all, she’s committed to guiding you at your own pace.
